Nokia N9 Adverts in just Nine seconds

The Nokia N9 is fast. So fast that a regular 30-second TV advertising slot was deemed far too slow-moving. How about, say, nine seconds instead? The creative folk took that brief to create a great series of ads, each of which lasts nine seconds and illustrates a key feature of the phone – rather briefly.

Noki N9 Graffiti wallpaper

If you have a Nokia N9 and you like graffiti and you like to personalize your homescreen with cool wallpapers then you should check out the N9 graffiti wallpaper now available for free in the Nokia Store.

On a misty August morning, graffiti artist Trama sprayed the letter N and the number 9 on a graffiti wall in the former industrial area Kalasatama in Helsinki, Finland .

Why graffiti? Nokia’s Marketing Manager Jussi Mäkinen, who was overseeing the project, tells: “Graffiti is something different, just the like the Nokia N9. We believe that the Nokia N9 is going to appeal to a lot of urban, young people in big cities. These are also the same people who often appreciate graffiti.”

But isn’t it a criminal act to make graffiti? “This is a legal graffiti wall set up by the City of Helsinki for graffiti artists. Graffiti is a form of art!”

Here are some photos and a short video clip about the making of the wallpaper.

Trama has been making graffiti since the 80s and he now travels around the world in graffiti events.
